My Story
While singer/songwriter Sami Chohfi is based in Seattle, he is undeniably a modern citizen of the world. Known for his charismatic stage presence and ability to captivate a live audience, his debut solo album, Extraordinary World, tells a story written across six countries. His songs and videos are currently featured on some of the most relevant media outlets such as MTV, Music Box, and the Rolling Stone. From his journeys across the globe to tours with his band Blue Helix across Brazil, Chohfi’s songwriting takes a rock upbringing and spins it with musical influences from around the world.
Extraordinary World showcases Chohfi's ability to inspire his listeners by transporting them into the majestic scenes he’s witnessed during his touring over the past few years, whether in Cambodia, France, Portugal, Kenya or Brazil. Sami's music videos "This Majesty & "Dirty Your Soul" filmed in India were recently featured on the Rolling Stone India and have become two of his fan favorites. His singles "Little One", "The Awakening", "Tidal Wave", "Sing You To Me" and "Dirty Your Soul" have all charted on Brazilian terrestrial FM radio this year.
After a successful 9-city tour in Brazil in 2022, where he had the chance to personally meet and connect with so many new fans, Sami will be on his 5th tour in the country where he is quickly growing more popular in March of 2023. In the past few months he has performed in India and the Philippines.

Little One was written while watching an episode of one of my favorite TV shows, AMC's Walking Dead. The song and video tell the story of a romantic relationship that is not only infectious but consumingly toxic in all the right ways. Sometimes we find ourselves in love with the wrong person but for some reason we love the way it hurts.
